Rocco Fabiano
Rocco Fabiano President & Chief Executive Officer

With 35 years in consumer finance and banking, Rocco Fabiano has a rare combination of expertise leading both large, global enterprises and nimble start-ups. After serving as President of Retail Solutions at Qualcomm (2010-2014), Rocco guided the carve-out of Gimbal Solutions, then served as its President, CEO and Chairman. Prior to Qualcomm, Rocco was Founder and CEO of ACC LLC (later sold to CompuCredit) and was Founder, CEO and Chairman of ACC Consumer Finance, where he oversaw its IPO and later acquisition by Household International (now HSBC North America). Rocco was then named Group Executive of Household International/HSBC where he oversaw four subsidiaries accounting for $35 billion in assets and $650 million annually in after-taxes profits, including private label credit card, insurance, tax-related lending and automotive finance operations. Prior to this, Rocco served as Founder and President of Consumer Portfolio Services and was Chairman of Far Western Bank.

Named by Ernst & Young/NASDAQ as Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year, Rocco has been a financial services advisor to many of the nation’s largest private equity firms. He holds a Finance MBA from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Protein Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Colorado State University.

Mike Cary
Mike Cary Chief Revenue Officer

Mike Cary is a seasoned executive with 30 years of experience scaling companies with Citibank, First Nationwide Mortgage, CIT Group, and as a partner and Senior Vice President with ClearPath Business Advisors. As President of Home Lending at CIT, Mike was responsible for leading the national distribution network, comprising 30 full-service wholesale operations and 560 employees. He helped grow the company from $200 million to $550 million in originations in just 18 months. Prior to CIT, he drove $2 billion in originations as an Senior Vice President with First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation. He brings extensive experience in the real estate, mortgage and finance industries, and demonstrates broad-based expertise in product development and marketing.

Steve Tich
Steve Tich Chief Operations Officer

Stephen Tich is an experienced executive leader with a deep financial background in mortgages, insurance, payments, and specialty finance. He possesses a keen ability to translate strategy into operational design, and expertise in building thriving, diverse teams to grow business, simplify operations and improve the customer journey.

Before joining Ygrene, Stephen served as COO, Global Insurance at Hong Kong-based HSBC, leading insurance operations and IT across fifteen countries in Asia, LatAm, and Europe. His HSBC tenure totaled 15 years of progressive senior-level operating roles with P&L accountability, achieving $12B in mortgage originations and over $2B in added insurance revenue. Stephen holds a B.A. in Statistics from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.

Tim Condon
Tim Condon Chief Financial Officer

Tim Condon brings more than 30 years of finance and consumer lending experience to his role as CFO. Accustomed to working in leadership positions for both large multinational organizations and innovative start-ups, Tim also brings a deep understanding of the capital markets, having overseen more than $20 billion in asset-backed securities issuance.

Prior to Ygrene, Tim was cofounder and CFO for Pacific Point Services, which specializes in the collection of federal government student loans, and served as CEO and Founder of LEAP Financial, a startup focused on distressed auto loan assets. Tim began his career as a CPA at Price Waterhouse Coopers and later held various financial management roles at Bally Corp. and Marriott Corp. He also spent 14 years at HSBC North America, including seven years as CFO for HSBC Auto Finance where he oversaw several areas of the business, including credit risk, data management and a direct-to-consumer lending channel.
A past member of the American Financial Services Association Advisory Board and former Chairman of the National Automotive Finance Association, Tim holds an MBA from DePaul University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Vishal Gupta
Vishal Gupta Chief Information Officer

Vishal Gupta is responsible for leading Ygrene’s Technology, Business Intelligence and PMO organizations. Vishal brings over 23 years of experience creating and managing global engineering teams in the United States, Asia, and Europe. Prior to joining Ygrene, he served as the Head of Engineering for MSCI’s analytics platform, a leader in financial technology and analytics for top-tier Investment Banks and Hedge Funds. In his role, Vishal directed the development of a highly-scalable, industry-leading fintech platform to combine multiple product lines. As a Vice President with Morgan Stanley, he led the development of innovative products for financial Risk and Performance management. Vishal holds a degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Management & Technology, GZB.

Bart Van Voorhis
Bart Van Voorhis Executive Vice President

Bart Van Voorhis was instrumental in Ygrene’s original formation and now oversees the company’s legal, technology and corporate development initiatives. With more than 40 years of entrepreneurial business experience, Bart has founded, owned and directed companies in the United States, Europe and South America. His business interests have spanned industries and disciplines including real estate and land development, software innovation, financial management, farming and aviation. Bart cofounded and guided the operations of software pioneer WordTech Systems, ultimately participating in the sale of the company to Borland International. In addition to his involvement with Ygrene and his real estate interests, Bart also devotes his time to several corporate and nonprofit boards.

Peter Orrell
Peter Orrell Executive Vice President Marketing and Business Development

Peter Orrell brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to his role as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Ygrene, Peter held various executive positions with American Express Company and led the growth of several of the Fortune 50’s top divisions in Canada, Europe and the US.  He subsequently held a number of global roles including General Manager of the Global Client Group and Senior Vice President of Global Strategy.  In his role as President and CEO of Junior Sports Corporation, Peter led the expansion of the company into six core markets in Asia and numerous secondary markets globally, culminating in a successful sale of the company to a strategic acquirer. Peter holds an Honors Degree in Marketing from McGill University.

Mike Lemyre
Mike Lemyre SVP, Government Affairs

Mike Lemyre leads Ygrene’s market development and government affairs efforts, bringing to his role more than 20 years of market development, sales, operations and compliance experience for both start-up companies and large organizations. For the past 6 years, Mike has focused primarily on the development and management of legislative and regulatory affairs within the PACE industry.
Mike began his career at McKinsey & Company and held senior positions at both Chartis (formerly AIG) and Arch Insurance Group, where he directed and implemented large scale projects, programs and operational improvements. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance from Pace University.

Sven Kaludzinski
Sven Kaludzinski General Counsel

Before becoming an attorney, Sven worked on Wall Street for two major European banks in their risk management divisions. He started his legal career as a project finance attorney in the Los Angeles offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy representing lenders, tax equity investors, as well as developers for large scale renewables projects. Subsequently, he assembled and managed a global legal team for the residential business unit of a large solar developer. He holds a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from Tufts University, an M.A. from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a J.D. from USC’s Gould School of Law.

Sasha King
Sasha King Vice President of Talent

Sasha King brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership and is responsible for building a one-of-a-kind culture and unique value proposition for Ygrene team members.

Prior to joining Ygrene, Sasha worked in various fields including telecommunications, medical devices, and insurance, and has led HR Operations across the globe. Sasha was a key HR leader and business partner at Calix, Tellabs, AFC, Fireman’s Fund and Medtronic AVE. Sasha is SHRM certified with SPHR and SHRM-SCP, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resource Management.

Sasha’s passion for making a difference in people’s lives transcends across the organization, ensuring employees continue to be Ygrene’s #1 priority. Her exceptional expertise in scaling organizations using best-in-class methodologies, will continue to support Ygrene’s rapid growth trajectory.

Mark Colby
Mark Colby General Manager, Solar & Storage

Mark brings executive leadership experience with expertise in renewable energy sales, operations and funding. His previous assignments include: SVP, Customer Operations at Solar Alliance, SVP & General Manager at ClearEdge Power, VP & General Manager of Power Analytics, and President, Residential Products at Envision Solar.

Before his business career, Mark served over 22 years in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer. His positions included Commanding Officer of two ships, USS INGRAHAM (FFG61) and USS MOUNT VERNON (LSD39), as well as other nuclear engineering, operations, training and staff assignments.

Mark holds a B.S in mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and M.S. in Electrical Engineering (with distinction) from the Naval Postgraduate School.
